The company achieved full-year sales of €289.2 million (approximately $300 million), marking a 4.6% increase from €276.5 million in 2023. This growth met the upper end of LR’s revised sales forecast of €288-292 million, announced in November 2024. In the fourth quarter alone, sales rose by 8.0% to €76.5 million, up from €70.9 million in Q4 2023, reinforcing a positive growth trend from Q3.

The company attributed this performance to strategic initiatives, including the realignment of its career plan, which boosted partner engagement, and the successful launch of innovative products like LR ZEITGARD Signature in the color cosmetics category. Despite one-off charges—such as costs from the career plan adjustments and an early bond refinancing in spring 2024—reported EBITDA for the year was €27.3 million, down from €31.4 million in 2023, but still within the adjusted forecast of €26-29 million. Normalized EBITDA for 2024 was €32.6 million, compared to €35.4 million the previous year.
