Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Stephan Gratziani as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 1, 2025. Gratziani, who currently serves as President, will succeed Michael Johnson, the company’s current CEO and Chairman of the Board. Johnson will transition to the role of Executive Chairman, continuing to provide strategic guidance and leadership.

Since joining the company’s corporate leadership as Chief Strategy Officer in August 2023, and later assuming the role of President in January 2024, Gratziani has spearheaded transformational initiatives aimed at reshaping Herbalife’s business trajectory. As part of this transition, Rob Levy, currently Managing Director of International Markets, will assume the role of President, Worldwide Markets. With a 30-year tenure at Herbalife, Levy has held multiple senior leadership positions and has successfully overseen every region of the company’s operations. In his current role, he is responsible for business strategy, sales, marketing, and international expansion across 43 global markets. In his new position, all Regional Managing Directors will report to him, reinforcing Herbalife’s commitment to strengthening its worldwide presence.
